Saras Blue Ribbon Porkies is a family owned and operated business that specializes in Montanas finest homemade, center-cut, pork loin fillet sandwiches. Our famous signature Porkies are truly a gourmets delight, and are offered in three sizes - The Hawg, The Porkie, and The Piglet. Also featured on our menu are BBQ sandwiches, battered pork strips, Polish kielbasa, extra-lean pork burgers, egg-rolls, soup, salads, fries, onion rings, apple pie bites, and center-cut pork loin breakfast sausage cut at 12% fat content. A selection of local and domestic beer and wine is available.

Every pork product offered at Saras is homemade from the finest boneless, center-cut, pork loins, and is available both for retail and wholesale. Saras building was built in 2001 with a fully equipped USDA kitchen, two dining areas, outside patio, seating for sixty people, and offers a touch of nostalgia with eight drive-in order stalls.
