The Sweetgrass Bakery produces a large variety of fresh hand made breads. The bakery strives for organic ingredients. We use locally produced ingredients and grind our own Montana grains on site. Freshly ground flour makes the freshest tasting bread.

We carry whole wheat breads, sourdough breads, spelt bread, kamut bread, rye bread, French bread and a variety of dinner rolls. Other specialty breads include challah, brown rice bread, Irish potato bread, cheddar cheese bread, raisin breads and Scottish oatmeal bread. Our breakfast items include whole wheat cinnamon rolls, muffins and five varieties of Danish. Also we have pastries, croissants and brioche.

We serve a lunch pizza daily and many kinds of cookies and dessert bars.

The Sweetgrass Bakery has been making great bread and treats in Helena since 1977.
